Here is what I created using Let's Party:
I created a fun tag, and hopefully made it look like he was partying and celebrating.
The daffodil cardstock is from a Hunkydory floral collection (I just can't remember which one!) and the alphabet are from the Roald Dahl collection from Docrafts.
Colours used:
Skin - Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Oatmeal, Blush, Pastel Pink
Glasses - Pastel Blue, Blender
Shirt - Forest Green, Lime Green, Bright Green
Trousers - 116, 118, 120
Shoes - 120
